RAC Artist Support Grant How-to-Apply Workshop @ FOAM

Learn how to apply to the RAC Artist Support Grant with tips on navigating the eGrant, creating a budget, and how to present your work. Free and open to all eligible artists in all disciplines. 5:30 to 6 pm time to have a glass of water or purchase a delicious coffee drink from Foam.

Workshop begins promptly at 6pm. Residential and metered parking on the surrounding street. Free parking in the Family Dollar lot across the street. Accessible via the 11 Jefferson line and the 73 Cherokee line (bus stops right outside).

A new round of the Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis (RAC) Artist Support Grants are open February 21st with a March 30th deadline. These grants provide direct funds for artists' projects, needs, and creative opportunities in all disciplines. Direct support enables diverse artists of all disciplines to advance their careers and to complete creative projects. It is designed to be flexible and accessible and to encourage creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and sustained commitment to artistic work.

Established in 2013 as a result of a comprehensive survey of St. Louis artists, RAC Artist Support Grants have provided funds up to $3000 to over 150 artists in all disciplines for special creative projects, professional opportunities, or equipment needs.
